The new handbook is currrently in the format that is used to produce
a 5.5 x 8.0 inch book. All pages of the handbook are here but
you may have to do some searching to find the information that
you may need. The handbook that you find here is under
revision and will be in a format easier to use soon. A
revised handbook in HTML with navigation helps is available
by clicking (HTML version).
